COMMON QUESTIONS

Before the next step.

Can I enquire before all details are ready?

Yes. Start with what you know and identify the missing information. More specific cargo and route details may be needed before arrangements or charges can be confirmed.

What should I check in a quotation?

Review the stated route, cargo assumptions, services included, charges excluded, payment terms and validity period. Ask for clarification where a responsibility or cost is unclear.

Should I send package dimensions or total weight?

Include both when available. State the dimensions and weight of each package, the package count, and the units used so the cargo can be described consistently.

How should I describe unusual cargo?

Explain what the goods are and highlight any handling, packing or documentation questions at the start of the enquiry. Include available product information for discussion.
